Shenzhen Xiudan Technology Co., Ltd.'s mobile application Showball (hereinafter referred to as "Showball") respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users who use the service. All ownership and operation rights of Showball belong to Shenzhen Xiudan Technology Co., Ltd. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, Showball will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, Showball will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, Showball will not disclose this information to the public or provide it to third parties without your prior permission. Showball will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When you agree to use Showball services, you are deemed to have agreed to all contents of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of using Showball services.
In compliance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines (Section 5.1.1), we explicitly state our usage of the TrueDepth API below:
a) When you register a Showball account, the personal registration information you provide according to Showball's requirements;
b) When you use Showball network services, Showball automatically receives and records information on your mobile phone, including but not limited to your IP address, device type, device Mac address, unique device identification code (IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information), software installation list, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information or running process information, and records related to your needs, etc.;
c) When necessary functions are required, Showball may need to obtain your camera (for video chat, face-driven virtual characters), microphone (for video chat, recording videos), contact list (for quickly adding and inviting friends), storage (for saving recorded videos locally), location (for system recommending friends nearby), notifications (chat message notifications), etc., and will request your consent when obtaining them for the first time.
d) When using camera shooting and AR video chat functions, Showball may obtain your face data in real time through the camera to generate virtual images in real time. We guarantee that the obtained face information is only used to drive the virtual character selected by the user to make corresponding expressions. We will not store or record the relevant data, will not upload it to the server, and will not share it with third parties. These data will be immediately destroyed after driving this frame of the virtual model.
e) Third-party SDK Description:
e1) Our product integrates Umeng+ SDK. Umeng+ SDK needs to collect your device Mac address and unique device identification code (IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information) to provide statistical analysis services, and calibrate report data accuracy through geographic location to provide basic anti-cheating capabilities.
e2) Our product integrates Tencent Bugly SDK. Tencent Bugly SDK needs to collect your log information (including: third-party developer custom logs, Logcat logs, and APP crash stack information), device ID (including: androidid and idfv), network information, system name, system version, and country code. After collecting relevant information, we will de-identify or anonymize personal information through technical means. This SDK is used to immediately understand Showball product crash information in order to better improve and fix product BUGs.
e3) Our product integrates Unity3d SDK. Unity3d SDK may need to collect the following personal information: device information (including device model, device identifier (such as IMEI/AndroidID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/OAID), device MAC address, telecom operator and other software and hardware feature information) in order to render and provide virtual 3D character services.
e4) Our product integrates Sina SDK. In order to realize the specific functions of using Weibo SDK, the following personal information may need to be collected:
1. Personal information type: Device information (including device model, device identifier (such as IMEI/AndroidID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/OAID), device MAC address, telecom operator and other software and hardware feature information) Purpose and use: Used to ensure security risk control during user account login and function realization process
2. Personal information type: Pictures or videos selected by the user when sharing Purpose and use: Used to realize Weibo sharing function, sharing pictures or videos selected by the user to Weibo.
e5) Our product integrates Alibaba Cloud SDK. Alibaba Cloud SDK may need to collect the following personal information: device information (including device model, device identifier (such as IMEI/AndroidID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/OAID), device MAC address, telecom operator and other software and hardware feature information) in order to provide network services and data storage services.
e6) Our product integrates NetEase Yunxin SDK. In order to provide message delivery, multi-terminal message synchronization, and message roaming functions, and to prevent security risks and accurately identify violations of laws and regulations, NetEase Yunxin SDK needs to uniquely identify end users, needs to obtain device information related permissions, and collects and uses unique device identification codes (APNS Token, device serial number, AndroidID, OAID, GAID, IDFV, CID, MAC address), device operating status (SIM card status, USB status, charging status, battery capacity and power, lock screen time, startup time), and emulator information.
e7) Our product integrates WeChat Open Platform SDK. In order to use WeChat third-party quick login, the following personal information may need to be collected: WeChat nickname, WeChat avatar.
e8) Our product integrates QQ Connect SDK. In order to use QQ third-party quick login, the following personal information may need to be collected: QQ nickname, QQ avatar.
e9) Our product integrates Mobile Authorized Login. In order to use mobile phone number quick login, the following personal information may need to be collected: mobile phone number.
e10) Our product integrates Xiaomi Push, Huawei Push, OPPO Push, vivo Push, Meizu Push to push app-related messages to you. The following personal information may need to be collected: device information (including device model, device identifier (such as IMEI/AndroidID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/OAID), device MAC address, telecom operator and other software and hardware feature information).
e11) Our product integrates Alipay SDK. In order to use Alipay quick login and Alipay payment, the following personal information may need to be collected: device information (including device model, device identifier (such as IMEI/AndroidID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/OAID), device MAC address, telecom operator and other software and hardware feature information), mobile phone number.
We strictly comply with the provisions of laws and regulations and agreements with users, and use the collected information for the following purposes. If we use your information beyond the following purposes, we will explain it to you again and obtain your consent.
a) After obtaining your data, Showball will upload it to the server in order to provide you with better personalized services. Among them, third-party login, mobile phone number and other information are used for login verification; device IMEI/Mac and other information are used for next login without verification again; camera, microphone and other information are used for video chat. Showball will not store any data related to camera, microphone, etc. on the server. This data is only used for real-time transmission of video chat.
b) The Showball operator has the right to review, supervise, and handle user behavior and information using Showball services, including but not limited to user information (account information, personal information, virtual images, etc.), published content (location, text, pictures, audio, video, trademarks, patents, publications, etc.), user behavior (building relationships, @information, comments, private messages, participating in topics, participating in activities, marketing information release, reporting complaints, etc.) and other categories.
c) In order to provide you with a better experience, improve our services, or for other purposes with your consent, we may use the information collected through certain services for our other services in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. For example, the information when you use one of our services may be used to display personalized content or advertisements to you in another service, or for user research analysis and statistics services.
d) In order to ensure the security of services and help us better understand the operation of our applications, we may record relevant information, such as the frequency of your use of the application, fault information, overall usage, performance data, and the source of the application. We will not combine the information we store in the analysis software with the personal identity information you provide in the application.
How we provide information externally:
(I) Business Sharing
We promise to keep your information strictly confidential. Except as otherwise provided by laws, regulations, and regulatory departments, we only share your information with third parties in the following circumstances. Third parties include our affiliated companies, cooperative technical institutions, and other partners. If it is necessary to share your information with a third party in order to provide services to you, we will evaluate the legality, legitimacy, and necessity of the third party collecting information. We will require the third party to take protective measures for your information and strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements. In addition, we will obtain your consent in the form of confirmation agreements, copy confirmation in specific scenarios, pop-up prompts, etc., in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations, and national standards, or confirm that the third party has obtained your consent.
(1) Certain products or services may be provided by a third party or jointly provided by us and a third party. Therefore, only by sharing your information can we provide the products or services you need;
(2) If you choose to participate in lottery, competitions, or similar promotional activities jointly launched by us and a third party, we may share information generated during the activity and necessary for completing the activity with them, so that the third party can issue prizes to you or provide services to you in a timely manner. For the availability of social functions, others can search for you by searching your nickname or ID, and see information corresponding to your account such as nickname, avatar, virtual image, etc., in order to follow you, say hello, or add you as a friend.
(III) Complaint Handling
When you complain about others or are complained by others, in order to protect your and others' legitimate rights and interests and maintain a green social environment, we may provide your name and relevant information, contact information, complaint content, etc., to relevant departments or regulatory authorities, except where explicitly prohibited by laws and regulations.
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:
(1) Obtaining your explicit consent in advance;
(2) According to laws, regulations, or mandatory administrative or judicial requirements;
Except for desensitized display of the winner's ID or nickname when announcing the list of winning activities, in principle, we will not publicly disclose your information. If public disclosure is indeed necessary, we will inform you of the purpose of public disclosure, the type of information disclosed, and the sensitive information that may be involved, and obtain your explicit consent.
In order to improve information processing efficiency, reduce information processing costs, or improve information processing accuracy, we may entrust our capable affiliated companies or other professional institutions to process information on our behalf. The information and data collected by Showball about you will be stored on the servers of Showball and/or its affiliated companies. This information and data may be transferred to countries or regions outside your country or region, or to places where Showball collects information and data, and may be accessed, stored, and displayed overseas.
We value the security of personal data. We adopt appropriate physical, administrative, and technical safeguard measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. For example, we will use encryption technology to ensure data confidentiality; we will use protection mechanisms to prevent data from malicious attacks; we will deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal data; and we will hold security and privacy protection training to strengthen employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal data. We will try our best to protect your personal data, but please note that no security measures are foolproof.
We will retain your personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this declaration, unless the retention period needs to be extended according to legal requirements or your request. Based on different scenarios, products, and services, the data storage period may vary. The standards we use to determine the retention period include: the time required to retain personal data to complete the business purpose, including providing products and services, maintaining corresponding transaction and business records according to legal requirements, ensuring the security of systems, products, and services, responding to possible user inquiries or complaints, problem location, etc.; whether the user agrees to a longer retention period; whether laws, contracts, etc. have special requirements for data retention, etc. As long as your account is necessary for providing services to you, we will retain your account information. You can also choose to cancel your account. Please understand that due to technical limitations, legal or regulatory requirements, we may not be able to meet all your requests. We will respond to your requests within a reasonable period.
a) We may revise the content of this policy from time to time.
b) If such changes will result in a substantial reduction of your rights under this policy, we will notify you before the changes take effect by prompting you in a prominent position on the official website or APP page, sending you emails, SMS, etc.
c) In such cases, if you continue to use our services, it means that you agree to be bound by the revised policy.
